Paul has been working in the private audiology sector for over 22 years and is now the Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist and Clinic Director of Hearing Excellence Clinic. His passion has always been to enhance the quality of his clients’ lives through improved hearing. He is registered with the Health & Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and has been a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA) since 2002.

Paul qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist in 2001 and went on to start his own private hearing care business working out of a chain of independent optical practices. After this, Paul went to work for Amplifon, the world’s largest private hearing care specialist, as a Clinic Manager and Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist. Later, he joined the Bayfields Group as Head of Audiology to launch the highest quality optical-based audiology service in all 17 Bayfield practices.

In 2022, Paul used his decades of experience in the audiology sector and passion for running his own business to launch a private audiology clinic in Sheffield and Hearing Excellence Clinic was born. Since then, Hearing Excellence Clinic has expanded to a second location in Barnsley and continues to provide clients with the highest standard of hearing care and a professional yet personal service.
