It is very unlikely that you should have any issues following one of our ear wax removal treatments, but to make sure you are completely satisfied we personally call every client within 7 days of their appointment to make sure everything is fine. We would usually recommend putting olive oil drops in your ears 3 to 5 days prior to your ear wax removal appointment. Our favourite product that we use in practice is Earol (Olive oil spray), this is mainly down to the fact it is easy to use and to self-administer. However, if its an emergency we can often remove the wax without any prior softening.
