About
Chloe has now worked at Hearing Excellence Clinic for over a year and her drive to offer clients a quality service and focus on client-centred care have made her an integral part of the team. Her passion for audiology stems from her own personal experience with hearing loss and now finds great joy in offering advice to clients and helping improve their quality of life. Chloe’s long-term goal is to become a fully qualified audiologist so she can continue to improve her clients’ lives through audiology services.
Chloe began practising as an Optical Assistant at an independent optical chain over four years ago. She became their first Hearing Care Assistant trained in-house, after completing the Hearing Care Assistant course at Anglia Ruskin University in 2021. Chloe is also a qualified Ear Wax Removal Clinician, having completed her training with Tympa Health, and can perform Microsuction.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family and friends and taking her dog on long walks in the nearby countryside.
